Survey Email Notifications in Local Language is available on request through your Success Manager.
How it works
Once it's on, a Translation tab appears on the email template editor, where you can translate a template into every language your account supports. From there, you set it up per survey - so the launch and reminder emails for that survey send in each participant's own language.
This currently covers survey launch emails and reminders only - other notification types still send in your account's default language.
