Report Insights. Driver insights and answer distribution for Super Admins
Give your Super Admins the same Report Insights view CultureMonkey's own team already has - driver insights, answer distribution by question and by driver, and exports - right next to the Report tab.
Your Super Admins can now get the same Report Insights view CultureMonkey's own team already sees. An Insights tab joins your existing report navigation, right next to Report.
Report Insights for Super Admins is available on request through your Success Manager.
Driver insights, at a glance
An Insights Summary card ranks your top 3 and bottom 3 performing drivers, each with its score, so you know where to look first. Next to it, a radar chart plots every engagement driver - Autonomy, Communication, Growth & Development, Innovation, Involvement, Leadership, Recognition, Rewards, Work Environment, Work Life Balance, Wellness and Social Connection - side by side for the reporting period.
Answer distribution, two ways
By Question breaks every question down under its driver, colour-coded positive, neutral and negative, with its score alongside. By Driver switches to a diverging bar chart, comparing that same positive/neutral/negative split across every driver at once - so you can spot which ones need attention without opening each question individually.
Exports
Super Admins can export any of it to PDF, XLS or CSV, the same as CultureMonkey's own team.
