View as Manager. See the Manager Dashboard exactly as they do

Sub-admins can now do what Super Admins already could - impersonate any manager they have visibility over, opening straight into that manager's Dashboard exactly as they'd see it, then switch back with one click.

Impersonate a manager and see exactly what they see. From the Managers list, a sub-admin can now step into any manager's view - their Dashboard, exactly as they'd see it - then switch back with one click.

Note

Super Admins have always been able to view as any manager. This release extends the same capability to Sub Admins, for the managers they have visibility over.

Availability

View as Manager for Sub Admins is available on request through your Success Manager.

How it works

  1. 1Go to Managers in the sidebar - you'll see the managers you have visibility over.
  2. 2Click View as Manager next to the one you want to impersonate.
  3. 3You're taken straight to their Manager Dashboard, exactly as they'd see it.
  4. 4When you're done, revert back to return to your own sub-admin session.
