Org Hierarchy. Switch between Current and Survey-Based views
See your organization's structure two ways: the live reporting hierarchy as it stands today, or how it looked during a specific survey - complete with the manager scores and analytics tied to that moment.

See your organization's structure two ways. Previously, Org Hierarchy always required picking a survey and showed the structure only in that survey's context. Now you can switch between two view modes.
Availability
Org Hierarchy view modes are available on request through your Success Manager.
The two view modes
| View mode | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Current Hierarchy | The live reporting structure - manager to direct reports - with no survey selection needed. Manager scores and survey analytics don't show in this mode; it's for the reporting lines on their own. |
| Survey-Based Hierarchy | The org hierarchy as it existed during a survey you select, complete with that survey's manager scores and analytics. |
Note
Current Hierarchy isn't real-time - reporting changes like manager updates reflect once a day, at midnight, to keep the system running smoothly.
