Scheduling exports
You control when and how data moves.
- Scheduled exports - set a cadence per integration: hourly, daily or weekly.
- On-demand exports - trigger a Run Now export whenever you need fresh numbers ahead of a meeting.
- Incremental exports - push only what's changed since the last run, instead of re-sending everything.
Security and privacy
Your data is fully isolated in the warehouse - no cross-tenant access at any layer. Every export, whichever way it's triggered, still enforces CultureMonkey's anonymity thresholds: a group below the minimum respondent count has its individual-level data suppressed automatically, no exceptions. BI tools connect with read-only credentials, and internal systems use separate, scoped tokens.
Audit trail
Every export - scheduled, on-demand or API-triggered - is logged automatically: its status, the exact record count, how long it took, and any errors encountered. It's there for your data team, IT or compliance stakeholders to see exactly what's moved out of CultureMonkey and when.
