Finding your reports
All Candidate Reports lists every report you've generated, ready to open. Lifecycle Reports groups them by stage instead, so you can track candidate feedback as it moves through your hiring journey.
What each report shows

| 1. Summary | A high-level overview - participation rate, response metrics and key stats, with your top and lowest-performing drivers called out and trends where there's enough data to show them. |
| 2. Report | Driver scores broken down by Job, Job Category, Job Profile, Job Family, Job Family Group, Primary Recruiter or Recruiter Manager, colour-coded low to high, with filtering to focus on one segment at a time. Anonymity thresholds apply, to protect respondent identity. |
| 3. Questions overview | Every survey question, with its score, response count, driver and type - sortable, with mandatory questions flagged. |
| 4. Question detail | One question's full picture: score, response count, a response distribution chart, and a breakdown by demographic. |
| 5. Word cloud | The most frequent words from open-text responses, filterable by driver or question, for a quick read on common themes. |
