Recommended Actions. Now built into your driver benchmark page

Suggested Actions used to mean a small sidebar blurb and a separate tab. Now your biggest benchmark gaps get their own cards, built right into the driver page, each with a concrete action ready to create.

Suggested Actions used to mean a small sidebar blurb and a separate tab. Now your biggest benchmark gaps get their own cards, built right into the driver page, each with a concrete action ready to create.

What changed

The old "Suggested Actions" nav tab, and the short sidebar blurb naming up to three low-scoring drivers, are both gone. In their place, up to three drivers with the biggest benchmark score gaps now appear inline, directly below the driver comparison graph.

The new cards

The driver with the largest gap gets a Top Priority card - your score, the benchmark, the gap, and a recommended action with its own title, description and image. Up to two more drivers appear alongside it as Also needs attention cards, in the same style.

If a driver has more than one suggested action, chips let you switch between them - the title, description, image and Create action link are all updated based on the chip you select. For the full list, there's a Browse all suggested actions link too.

Top Priority and Also needs attention cards, on the driver page.

Finding it

A banner above the driver table nudges you toward the new section whenever recommended actions are available, with a link that scrolls you straight there.

Note

Visibility hasn't changed - this can be hidden if needed, so reach out to your Success Manager if you're not seeing it and expect to.
