A follow-up question that only shows up when it's relevant. Trigger one or more follow-ups off a specific answer - a selected option or a rating value - and everyone else skips straight past them.

Availability

Conditional Questions is available on request through your Success Manager.

Setting it up

Conditional questions work with rating - including smiley-scale ratings - and single-select question types. If you later change a parent question's type or rating scale, its conditional logic clears automatically, so you're never left with a follow-up rule that no longer makes sense.

Reporting

Conditional question responses get their own panel in the single-question report view, with paginated browsing through the answers. Managers and sub-admins only see responses within their own access scope, and the answers export to CSV from the report export menu.
