eNPS Conditional Questions. Follow-ups triggered by the score participants give

Conditional Questions now works with eNPS too. Trigger a follow-up question off the score a participant gives, on the default eNPS question or any custom one - then see every answer broken out by score in the Questions report.

Setting it up

In the survey builder, every eNPS question - the default one and any custom eNPS questions - gets its own follow-up questions panel. Pick which score or scores, 0 to 10, trigger a given follow-up using score chips grouped and colour-coded as Detractors (0-6), Passives (7-8) and Promoters (9-10). A single follow-up can be triggered by more than one score at once.

The number of follow-ups allowed per score follows the same limit standard conditional questions already use - a score chip that hits the cap is disabled with a tooltip explaining why. Duplicate a survey and its eNPS conditional question setup carries over with it.

Reporting

The Questions report gets a dedicated eNPS view, listing every eNPS question - default and custom - with a count of its configured follow-ups. Open one and you get score tabs, 0 to 10, grouped and colour-coded the same way as the builder, each showing paginated respondent answers for the follow-up tied to that score. If a score has more than one follow-up, a dropdown switches between them - and a score with no responses yet shows a clean empty state instead of a blank panel.

Exporting

The Conditional Questions export now produces an Excel workbook instead of a CSV, with a dedicated eNPS Conditional Questions sheet alongside the existing one for standard conditional questions - added only when the survey actually has eNPS conditional questions configured.
