Manager Dashboard A new look, with everything managers already use

The Manager Dashboard has a new look. The whole dashboard has been redesigned in the new CultureMonkey design. This is a redesign only: every section managers already had is still there, and nothing has been added, removed or recalculated.

Everything is still there

Every section a manager already had carries over to the new design:

• Team Pulse (team vitals)
• eNPS breakdown
• How You Compare (benchmark comparison)
• Scores by survey
• Feedback sentiment
• The side panel

All data, scores and calculations remain the same. A manager sees the same numbers as before, in the new layout.

Who sees it

The new design is on every account, with nothing to set up.

• Managers see the redesigned dashboard when they open the Manager Dashboard.
• Super Admins see it through View as Manager.
• Sub Admins see it through View as Manager if your account has View as Manager for Sub Admins, or by switching to their manager view if they also manage a team.
