Lifecycle Stage Reminders Each reminder counted from the participant's own invite date
Lifecycle surveys invite each person on their own day, so their reminders now follow the same clock: each one is counted from that participant's own invite date.
Reminders that follow each person's own clock. Lifecycle surveys invite each person on their own day. Reminders for a lifecycle stage are now counted from each participant's own invite date, instead of one calendar date for the whole survey.
Per-participant reminders are available on request through your Success Manager. Once they are on, a Reminders step appears in Stage Manager.
Setting reminders
- Where: the Reminders step in Stage Manager, and a Reminders tab on the stage's review.
- When: each reminder is set a number of days after launch, counted from that participant's own invite date.
- How many: up to 4 reminders per stage by default.
- Channels: each reminder can go by Email, SMS, Slack, Teams or WhatsApp, whichever your account uses.
- Exit stages: an optional Final reminder on the person's last working day.
How they go out
- Reminders go out once a day at 08:00 UTC.
- They stop once the person submits, after their last working day, and for employees who are inactive or deleted.
- No one receives the same reminder twice.
- In Notification Metrics, each stage reminder has its own row, with its own export.
Who can do this
The Reminders step is part of Stage Manager, for Super Admins whose Survey Access covers all surveys or lifecycle surveys.
Stage Manager itself came in the August release of Lifecycle Stage Manager.
