Candidate reporting gets configurable filters and demographic display settings for its heatmaps, and Candidate Experience gets its own Sub Admin role - scoped access to surveys, reports and jobs, instead of a full admin seat.
Candidate reporting just got more configurable, and more shareable. Heatmaps support new filters and per-role display settings, and a new Sub Admin role lets you extend Candidate Experience access without handing out a full admin seat.
Candidate heatmaps now support configurable complex filters, so you can narrow report results using candidate-specific demographic and recruitment data. Configure them from Candidate Settings → Complex Filters.
Out of the box, you can filter by:
Filters appear in the order you set them, narrow each other as you pick values, and can be single- or multi-select. Your selections stay in place as you switch demographics or pages, and Clear Filters resets everything in one click.
The heatmap's Overall row still reflects the full, unfiltered result - it isn't recalculated by your filter selection. And any group below your account's anonymity threshold won't show a score or participant count, filtered or not.
A dedicated Heatmap Settings page controls which demographics appear on Candidate heatmaps, and in what order - configured separately for Super Admins and Sub Admins.
Alongside standard demographics like Gender, Job and Job Category, you can show or hide job hierarchy levels, your account's location demographics, and any candidate custom attributes. Hide one and it disappears everywhere Candidate reporting shows demographics - heatmap tabs, drill-downs, question reports, and the complex filters above.
Sub Admin access for Candidate Experience is available on request through your Success Manager.
A Sub Admin gets scoped access instead of a full admin seat: they can create, edit and manage candidate surveys, see reports, and view jobs read-only - all limited to the candidate attributes you assign them, like a specific job family or recruiter.
To set it up: choose which candidate attributes (standard or custom) you want to scope access by, turn on Sub Admin access for the surveys you want them to see, then assign a Sub Admin their specific attribute values from Candidate → Admins.
