Set a minimum response threshold per survey and per team
(default: 5). If a group has fewer responses, results roll up to the next level of your org structure automatically. Managers still get directional insights through aggregated data without anyone being singled out.
Third-party advantage
When your HRIS or Microsoft 365 tenant runs the survey, employees question whether responses are truly anonymous. A dedicated third-party tool provides architectural separation: responses never touch your HR systems, identity is never stored, and visible threshold controls provide proof employees can see. That separation is what closes the belief gap.

Anonymous chat
Reply to anonymous feedback with clarifying questions. The employee sees your message and can respond, all while their identity stays hidden. The employee controls the conversation: they can stop replying at any time. No forced de-anonymization, ever. Address sensitive issues with care and build trust through action.
Segmentation
