Each dot is a driver. The further up, the more it moves with eNPS; the further left, the lower it currently scores. Top-left is the opportunity zone: Rewards, Recognition, Growth & Development matter for advocacy yet score below the pack.
Ranks are out of 22 drivers. These rank high on eNPS impact but low on score, so improving them pays off most.

The research team behind these benchmarks. Every published figure is re-derived from the source survey data independently of the pipeline that builds these pages, then compared value by value. Nothing ships while a check disagrees.
Onboarding is the highest-scoring of the 22 drivers in CultureMonkey's Q2 2026 benchmarks, at 8.93 on the 0-10 scale, followed by Purpose Alignment at 8.43. The lowest-scoring driver is Rewards at 7.13.
Across every segment and quarter in CultureMonkey's data, Growth & Development (r = 0.56), Communication (r = 0.55), Meaningful Work (r = 0.54) move most closely with eNPS. A correlation of 0.5 or more is a strong relationship; these are association measures across benchmark segments, not proof that raising one causes the other.
Rewards scores 7.13 but has an eNPS correlation of 0.41; Recognition scores 7.68 but has an eNPS correlation of 0.47; Growth & Development scores 7.91 but has an eNPS correlation of 0.56. Drivers like these, high impact and comparatively low score, are where a point of improvement is most likely to show up in advocacy.
CultureMonkey measures engagement as 22 distinct drivers, each scored 0-10 from the same survey responses: Onboarding, Purpose Alignment, Social Connection, Manager Support, Culture, Job Satisfaction, Meaningful Work, Autonomy, Management, Innovation, Work Environment, Engagement, Involvement, Leadership, Inclusivity, Communication, Diversity, Growth & Development, Wellness, Recognition, Work-Life Balance, Rewards. Every driver is defined and scored on this page, ranked both by its own score and by how closely it moves with eNPS, so a driver that scores well but barely shifts advocacy can be told apart from one that does the opposite.
For each driver, CultureMonkey pairs every benchmark segment and period that has both a driver score and an eNPS (industry × region × company size × period), and computes the Pearson correlation between the two across those pairs. It is a cross-sectional association, the same segments recur across quarters, so it should be read as "moves together with", not "causes".
Run the same 22-driver model on your own survey data, benchmark it against these numbers, and turn the gaps into an action plan your managers can run.
